Philosophy
“Over time, ingredients slowly change, developing deeper aromas and richer flavours.”

We believe the best flavours cannot be rushed. They are born from patience, quality ingredients, and deep respect for traditional Japanese food culture.

Japanese Alcohol

Everything we pour is made in Japan, including a few bottles you will not come across often. Our sake is chosen by the owner and head chef — both certified sake sommeliers.

100% Vegan Halal Friendly Gluten-Free Noodles Oriental Vegan (some dishes)

All dishes are 100% plant-based, and gluten-free noodles are available.

Our ramen is made with onion and garlic. If you avoid the five pungent vegetables, we can prepare the colorful vegan gyoza, the three small plates and the seasonal vegetable set without them. With the vegan ramen set, the ramen itself contains them, but the side can be made without. Our desserts and drinks contain none. Please tell us when you order, along with any allergies. We will do our best.
